I've had over 20 years with lots of back problems from a lot of accidents and extremely physical labor.  I was looking at having to have surgery and didn't want it.  Going to the special therapy was my last ditch effort to stay away from the knife.  I've had back pain, burning hell pain, pain and numbness down the side of my leg.  Things had gotten pretty bad, to where I just couldn't stand it anymore - even with eating high doses of pain pills every day just to get along.  I've had back pain, burning heel pain, pain and numbness down the side of my leg.
